How long does shipping take?

Can I pick up my hair, or order hair online, if I'm Local?

 

Yes! There is a minimum 30-1hr wait time for processing all orders. After fulfillment, a confirmation text or email will be sent to you with details on when to pick up your order. We have locations in Atlanta and Birmingham, so please make sure to select the correct location when making your purchase. 

 

 

Lost & Stolen packages:

 

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit; all claims should be filed with the courier. (Please ensure your address and email addresses are correct when placing orders online.)

Raw hair extensions are offered in natural black to dark brown colors, exhibiting a seamless blend with various hair grades and textures. Raw Cambodian hair bundles, weighing between 3.3-3.6 ounces per bundle, are distinguished by their affinity for dyes and tangle-free nature. These high-quality bundles boast silky softness and luster at a competitive price.

 

 

Can my bundles be returned?
